If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • The guarantee applies to one can and one sprayer per order
  • The product must be returned within 30 days
  • The product must not be excessively used

This guarantee is intended to allow customers to evaluate the product. It does not cover full or near-full consumption of the coating.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition

Products that appear to have been altered, diluted, refilled, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund.

Evidence Requests

In some cases, we may request photographs or video evidence to help us understand the issue before approving a refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Limits

Refunds are limited to one can and one sprayer per order.

We also reserve the right to limit refunds to one per household or customer to prevent misuse of the guarantee.

Refund Processing

Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
