We offer flexible delivery options within the UAE:
Same Day Delivery
Orders placed before 10:30 AM
Charge: AED 25
Next Day Delivery
Orders placed before 4:30 PM
Charge: Free
Weekend Orders
Orders placed after 4:30 PM on Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
If you require Monday delivery, your order must be placed on Monday before 10:30 AM, and Same Day Delivery must be selected.
If new furniture has just arrived and you need your order urgently, please contact us on WhatsApp, and our team will do their best to arrange a faster delivery option.
GCC Countries (Outside the UAE)
We ship to GCC countries outside the UAE.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Approximately 4–5 business days from dispatch.
Additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes apply for GCC orders and are calculated and charged at checkout.
No additional payments are required on delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

If you require shipping outside the GCC, please contact us before placing your order, and our team will be happy to assist.

Returns & Shipping Costs
If you return an order in line with our refund policy:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival
- Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
- International customs duties and taxes are not refundable
Returned items must be securely packaged and sent using a tracked service.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to incorrect address details, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or handling fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.
